And you thought I meant music! It's hot pepper jam and apple butter making time! The light is changing and the leaves are turning. I'm thinking of asking co-workers what kind of jam they'd like for Christmas but I'm afraid I'd get mobbed!
I started a new batch of apple butter last night. It's marinating in the fridge and I'll cook it down tomorrow. It smells great!
